These budding engineers from first and second grade had a blast in their final STEAM session of the 23-24 school year, racing against the clock to build the tallest tower using only craft sticks and clothespins in just 5 minutes!

Exciting learning going on in PE today! Mr. Schmitz and Officer JJ, are teaching the kindergartners about bike riding safety and the correct way to start and stop quickly.
KES Math Olympians!
We had a group of 4th, 5th, and 6th graders representing KES at the Annual Math Olympics on Friday. Congratulations! Grade 4 and grade 6 earned 1st place, grade 5 earned 3rd place. TJ Paul earned 3rd place and Jameson Altoff earned 2nd place individually.
COLLABORATION AT ITS BEST! Mrs. Morgan's Foods 2 Class worked with our first graders to design a cupcake pull a part cake. The inspiration for the design is from a picture book they read together. They will be back to share their designs next week!
