What:  FLU SHOT CLINIC AT KHS

When: October 13, 2022
Time: 4pm-7pm in the High School library.

Flu shots will be available for ages 3 years old and up. There will be a limited supply of the nasal vaccine available, please call the pharmacy directly if interested.
Most insurances accepted, if you have Cigna insurance, please call your insurance company first to be sure you are covered.
Medicaid ONLY accepted for those 18 and over.
Uninsured cash price for the flu shot is $40, senior (age 65+) flu shot is $80 and nasal vaccine is $45.
